Dear Friends,
We all have things in our lives that we try to avoid thinking about or dealing with. Whether it’s an issue at work, a difficult relationship, or something else entirely, it can be easy to push these things to the back of our minds and hope they’ll just go away on their own. But the truth is, these things won’t disappear unless we take the time to acknowledge them and address them head-on.
One thing that can be particularly difficult to confront is our own personal demons. We all have insecurities and issues that we struggle with, and it can be hard to look at these things honestly and face them head-on. But avoiding them only prolongs the pain and prevents us from truly living the kind of life that brings us joy.
Ultimately, it’s important to remember that the things we try to avoid are often the things that need our attention the most. By acknowledging and addressing these things, we can start to move forward and make progress in our lives.
Another thing that we often try to avoid is difficult conversations. Whether it’s a difficult conversation with a loved one or a difficult conversation at work, it can be hard to confront these things and say what needs to be said. But avoiding these conversations only makes the situation worse and prolongs the inevitable.
I know it can be challenging to face the things we want to avoid especially if we have blindspots or feel overwhelmed. This is where I can offer you or your loved one support to help you figure out what’s really going on and organize the emotions, thoughts and the past and put them in their proper place. Allowing for some real healing, integration and growth.
Currently I am offering Somatic Integration sessions at an introductory price. Contact me for more information about this.
So let’s take a deep breath and face our fears head-on.
See you soon, my dear friends.
Love,
Navjit
