Do you ever find yourself trapped in a cycle of emotions that seem to ruin your day? Do you wish you could break free from these emotional patterns that affect your relationships, work, and overall well-being? If so, you’re not alone. Many of us carry emotional baggage that often goes unnoticed, shaping our experiences and limiting our potential for happiness and success.

We move through our days without a single thought about the quality of the emotional states we inhabit or realizing that we can actually choose to feel differently.

Our emotions are not just emotions. Emotions are thoughts associated with feelings.  They influence everything we feel, think, do, and say. Everything we encounter triggers our emotions, which then influence our health, relationships, perspective, and perception of the world. All of this composes what we call the emotional body. We have a physical body, a mental body, and a light body.

Today, I invite you to take a little time to explore your emotional body and examine the emotions and feelings that may be running the show with or without your conscious awareness.

If you’re ready, let’s start by finding a place to sit quietly. Once you have found the right place for this exploration, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Connect with your emotional body (feelings/thoughts connected to feelings) and ask it to reveal the emotion or emotions that are keeping you stuck.

Perhaps it’s anger, anxiety about survival, lack of motivation, or sadness. Reflect on how this emotion impacts your relationships, goals, dreams, and even your health. Understand the sense of self it creates within you.

Next, ask your body where it holds this emotion. You might feel or sense the location or simply know where it resides. Tune into this place and become aware of its texture, weight, and quality. Is it heavy or dark?

Now, take another deep breath and ask it what color it needs to come into balance. Trust your instincts and choose the first color that comes to mind. Imagine this color coming in from the universe directly into the area holding the emotion. Feel it dissolve the “stuckness”, allowing your body to relax as it releases this energy.

Continue to focus on the sense of release until you feel a shift within you. Take a moment to meditate in this new, liberated space you’ve created within yourself. Allow your body to realign and fully embrace this fresh vibration.

Finally, take one more deep breath and command all the trillions of cells within your body to imprint this new, liberated space. It belongs to you.

When you’re ready, open your eyes. How does it feel now? What has changed in your relationship to the emotion that was keeping you stuck?

Today, I encourage you to connect with yourself in a more profound way – guided by curiosity and playfulness. Within this exploration, you may uncover the missing piece that brings a sense of wholeness and integration to your being. If the journey feels overwhelming, know that you’re not alone.

Consider setting aside time for a Discovery Call to navigate the intricate labyrinth of your being. Through this process, you may discover how these many facets can collaborate harmoniously, crafting the life you envision. The reward awaiting you is nothing short of breathtaking self-discovery and the unity of your many selves. Embrace this journey for you are worth discovering and celebrating.
