Dear Friends,
“Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”

How do you feel about hope? Does it help or hinder your relationship with navigating life? Is hope real? Is it our antidote to fear or the reality in front of us?
Hope is something more than wishful thinking, avoiding truths, or wearing blinders. For me it is the limitless possibilities that arise once I defocus from the specific and step out of the tunnel vision of echo chambers and the like.
Hope becomes a multiverse filled with choices.
Meditation opens the portals to the multiverse of self where we can take refuge as our multidimensional selves.
