Some weeks, everything feels like a lot. Your mind is busy, your body is tired, and it’s hard to find a moment that is just for you.
My Weekly Meditation is a live, online gathering where we sit together in stillness, gently settle the nervous system, and reconnect with what’s steady and wise inside you.
We meet every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Zoom.

I created My Weekly Meditation as a safe, beautiful place for us to gather and sit together in meditation — a small pocket of time each week that is just for you.
You’ll be sitting with people from all walks of life — different ages, genders, cultures, and ways of being. Some are new to meditation, others have practiced for years. It doesn’t matter. What matters is having a space to sit quietly, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.
Even though we meet virtually, the connection is very real. Week after week, this time together can help you feel more replenished, less alone, and more able to meet whatever your life is asking of you.
My hope is that, over time, this becomes a community you can rely on for deep, nourishing inner time that supports you through the workweek, relationship stresses, and life’s many twists.
Preparation For The Class
You don’t have to do anything special to get ready. A few simple things can help you enjoy the time more:
Find a quiet-ish spot where you won’t be interrupted too much.
Let anyone you live with know you’ll be meditating so they can support you with a bit of quiet.
Make yourself physically comfortable — cushions, shawls, socks, or a blanket are all welcome.
Keep some water nearby, and a notebook and pen if you like to jot down insights before or after we sit.
Please mute your mic when you’re not speaking so everyone can relax into the silence.
Most of all, come as you are, with as much awareness and kindness toward yourself as feels possible that day.
The meditation work has really transformed my life! Things are lighter, and less stressful even though there are stressful situations at times. I am creating a foundation.. just like the foundation for my sitting area under the tree that supports me and holds me in a place of love and light.

The meditation was good. I liked it. I was able to get pretty deep even with my neighbor’s blower going super loud. I was able to ride the leaf blower buzz vibration into a deeper place where it melted away.

Navjit has an incredible ability to connect and guide you through meditation in a way that is inviting and inclusive, regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey and how you define your spiritual journey.

For me, the meditation was really profound. I cleared a nasty energy from my heart that was feeling very comfortable there.
Amazing experience… feeling my soul and body being nourished by my inner sun. I felt my whole body bathing in this lime green light and later projecting outwards through my palms. I felt my aura absolutely expand in an incredible way.
I felt a breakthrough in how big of a light I was allowed to be growing up. It broke like a glass jar around my being.
I felt more integration of my body with the light going to where I need to heal.
Each week I participate I feel like I become more aware of my body and less judgemental of my thoughts. I always look forward to this time and very much appreciate the space you have created for us!

Meditation Class Format
Each gathering begins with a gentle welcome and check-in, followed by a short somatic practice to settle and quiet the nervous system.
The guided meditation unfolds in three parts:
Part one – sitting in silence, connecting with your inner light/wisdom.
Part two – gently expanding and exploring your awareness.
Part three – integration.
We finish with time to share insights or questions, and a gentle transition back into your day.
Class will start at 11 am MST
