I wanted to create a safe, beautiful place for us to gather and enjoy sitting in meditation.

We are from all walks of life, different genders, different nations, different ages, neuro-diverse humans who want to explore the inner realms. We might be beginners or experienced meditators, it matters not to us. We just want to sit quietly and raise our frequency.

When we gather for this, even though it’s virtual for now, it is a real connection and more than enough to replenish our senses and nourish our hearts. A place where we will be able to center ourselves and dive into deeper states of consciousness with unabashed curiosity.

I hope you will join me in creating this place.

My hope is that over time we will build a powerful meditation community that we can rely on for a deep, nourishing inner time that sustains us through the workweek, relationship stresses, or life’s many twists.

The classes will be held every Saturday at 11 am MST and will follow the same format mostly!

Preparation For The Class

It may be useful to set aside some time for yourself to create the right atmosphere and mindset for yourself.

  1. Turn off notifications, alarms, phones, etc so that you can give your full attention to your inner journey. Let partners, children, family members, or roommates know that you will be meditating and would appreciate their support by them being quiet during meditation.
  2. Please feel free to bring a notebook and pen to jot notes and insights before or after the meditation
  3. It’s always handy to have some water for hydration and tickly throats.
  4. Think about your comfort and how to make the meditation the most comfortable for you. Bring pillows or shawls. Socks or essential oils. Whatever works for you.
  5. Please do mute your mic when not speaking.
  6. Please come to meditation ready to meditate with awareness and an attitude of loving-kindness towards yourself and others.

The meditation work has really transformed my life! Things are lighter, and less stressful even though there are stressful situations at times. I am creating a foundation.. just like the foundation for my sitting area under the tree that supports me and holds me in a place of love and light.

The meditation was good. I liked it. I was able to get pretty deep even with my neighbor’s blower going super loud. I was able to ride the leaf blower buzz vibration into a deeper place where it melted away.
